We are looking for sales associates who are preferably over 21+ with prior sales experience. People that are outgoing and can promote Green Gene CBD products as well as educate customers and guide them to products that are suitable for their needs. Your job will be to greet customers, help them understand the benefits of CBD and help guide them towards products best fitted for their needs.

Green Gene CBD’s mission is to help people get life changing results with the purest of CBD products. Our products each include a Certificate of Analysis(CoA) a report from an accredited laboratory that details chemical analysis and purity of our CBD. We are looking for someone who wants to represent our superior products, better customer experience and our mission. Our stores thrive off of good energy and positive team members - attracting customers into a warm and knowledgeable atmosphere.

Compensation

• Hourly rate
• Daily sale bonuses ($25 bonus for $500 in sales, $70 for $1000, $120 for $1500, $180 for $2000, $250 for $2500, and so on so forth).

Responsibilities

• Passionate about Health and Wellness
• Strong sales skills and self-motivated
• Learn the products and their health benefits to the body (material will be provided)
• Ability to close sales and turn them into repeat and loyal customers.
• Present, promote and educate on why to buy Green Gene products using compelling language
• Attention to detail in reading customers’ body language and reactions.
• Being able to think quickly on your feet and improvise appropriately when needed.
• Ability to connect with a customer on personal level as well as professional
• Works to solve customer needs in a friendly, attentive and knowledgeable manner, directing them to the proper CBD product.
• Ability to maintain focus and memory in environments with distractions such as foot traffic and background noise of multiple people in the store

• Proven work experience as a sales consultant (strongly preferred)
• Fast learner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
